Buying/selling/trading.

whether you are the buyer or the seller you will hold up your end of the deal. both parties are expected to follow through on their word, The owners are not liable for any transactions of any kind between members.

 

We are building something nice here, family, neighborly environment, those that cause problems may lose their membership.
